Nathan's Mozzarella Sticks- 3.5/10 crowns

While these mozzarella sticks did in fact have some flavor, it was minimal and overall similar to the school mozzarella sticks with a skosh more flavor and minus the sauce. Also, be warned that when put into the toaster oven, most of the cheese comes out of the breading and you are left with a hollow bread shell.

The breading: The breading was overall bland, but not school level bland. There was some flavor but it was largely hidden by the disappointment from the cheese coming out. If you are looking for flavor, you would be better off upgrading to the more expensive (but well worth the price) Farm Rich brand.

The cheese: I really do not have much to share about this cheese. The taste was lacking and it was not stringy. Whatever was left in the actual mozzarella stick left a lot to be desired.

The sauce: Not available, and probably for the better.

In conclusion, I probably would not spend my own money on these unless I had the super coupon from ShopRite.

**UPDATE: After trying these heated in the air fryer, even I have to admit they tasted good. Still would not rate them over a 4, still would not buy them without a super coupon, but better.

IHOP's Mozzarella Sticks- 7/10 crowns These are literally the *same* exact mozzarella sticks as Applebee's. I should just redirect you to that review. Speaking of  which ... Also, does that mean that IHOP is breakfast Applebee's?? The breading: Ok, girl, is there really much to say? Real bread crumbs. Good. The only thing about these breadcrumbs that isn't really my favorite is the cheese to breadcrumb ratio. There's no problem with having a lot of cheese, but my lactose a** would like more breadcrumbs to balance out the outrageous amount of dairy. The cheese: Anyway, so, the cheese always slaps.  1908 Pizzaria's Mozzarella Sticks- 5 crowns  These mozzarella sticks are available at my university and i have been waiting to order these, but most of the time, they are sold out! The way you order them is also off-putting-- you can only order from this restaurant online through the Grubhub app so it feels very disconnected for me. This experience overall did not hit the marks for me.  The breading: The breading was easily the best part of this experience. I liked the crunch that these had, even though the flavor was bland.  The cheese: No lie, I really feel like this cheese had no flavor. It was chewy yet bland. They were also served about room temp, so there was no cheese pull to be found. Typically this food has been served cold, and yet this was still disappointing.  The sauce: The sauce at least had flavor but it just was not a good one.  I know this review is more brief than other ones I have written but I really just don't have much to say about these mozzarella sticks
